If you are a belt connoisseur and looking for a Grey belt to add to your collection then this new version of our classic Coltrane design is one not to miss. The original inspiration for this Coltrane design belt came from the classic look of a wingtip shoe. Over the years we came up with multiple iterations of this design before putting it into cold storage for a while. It is now back in a new tonal all Grey guise, where we have taken a Dadino texture cordovan effect leather and layered it over tactile nubuck. The 2 different leathers blend together perfectly and elegantly - the Dadino hand polished to elicit both darker and lighter shades of grey and the design further embellished by the stitching detail which varies in both tone and thickness along both the edges and inner detail. We chose to pair the belt with a lovely satin gunmetal finish buckle - this design is classic but with its softly cambered edges and rounded corners has a quiet sophistication to it. The Satin Gunmetal finish was selected to continue the 'All grey' feeling of this belt - the key to its sophistication. The end result is a belt that is eminently stylish and shows off wonderful hand craftsmanship. Pair it with leather or suede shoes, denim of course.
